1.  Velumira offers free shipping to most countries and regions (excluding remote islands or areas).

• Pre-Shipment Approval

1. Velumira provides factory photos of each order for customer approval before shipping. Products are dispatched only after confirmation.

• Shipping Methods

1. All orders are shipped via reputable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, SF International) with trackable tracking numbers.
2. Discreet Packaging: Unmarked boxes are used to ensure privacy and safety during transit.

2. Cancellation after 24 Hours: Resolution based on production progress and mutual agreement.

We use high-quality materials and conduct strict quality checks before shipping. Due to the product’s nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Damage Upon Arrival: Contact us within 24 hours with photos and videos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
• Non-Returnable: Returns for reasons like I don't like it or I changed my mind are not accepted due to hygiene concerns.
• Custom Orders: Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
